Stylish 3 Bedroom Apartment

Clean, tidy residence, good amenities, close to motorways, train station and shopping areas Positive: Location is good. Takes about 10 minutes to train station and about 15 minutes to Southampton city centre walking. By car it is close to the M27, A33 and M3 motorways. Flat / apartment is tidy and clean and its amenities are good, and has parking space at the front for one large car if required. Negative: The front windows and bedroom windows are not double glazed so at times you can feel the cold when close to them. Also due to being single glazed, and seeing as it is a main road into and out of the train station area, you can hear the cars and people outside at busy times. Otherwise it tends to be reasonable quiet.

Positive: Me and my colleagues had a wonderful time at the property. Everything was so well thought out and clearly explained beforehand that made it a breeze to go in and relax.
